About this position

Indorama Ventures is seeking a Domestics Sales Support to assist the sales team and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting various sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the sales team and support the sales team for all process
• Create sales orders through an internal system and prepare sales documents for the sales team
• Assist customers by answering all sales-related questions and concerns to keep them satisfied
• Monitor and prepare for weekly/monthly sales reports and customer complaints
• Attend meetings as required with sales teams, managers, and others to discuss for sales perspective
• Support in compliance of ISO9001: 2015, ISO14001: 2015, ISO45001: 2018, ISO50001: 2018, FSSC22000 V.5, ZWL (Zero Waste to Landfill), SMETA&SGP and other certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
• At least 3 years experience as customer service, sales coordinator or sales support
• Able to speak English
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP System
• Interpersonal, communication skills and problem-solving skills.
