About this position

Warehouse Coordinator position in Cikarang requiring a minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage distribution, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in warehouse management and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock availability in the warehouse (Cold Storage)
• Monitor and maintain physical stock levels in accordance with the Mars System
• Monitor operational vehicles and coordinate with Indorent for any damages
• Supervise warehouse team and vehicle operations
• Conduct regular stock opname and scheduled inventory checks
• Understand inbound and outbound processes
• Perform quality control of goods
• Handle warehouse administrative tasks (daily, weekly, and monthly reports)
• Ensure work targets are met as per company standards
• Responsible for ice cream products and freezer assets
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse
• Ensure all deliveries follow effective routes
• Manage the return goods process and disposal

Requirements

• Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Finance
• 2 years of experience in warehouse operations in the food and beverage industry
• Proficient in warehouse management and inventory control
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication abilities
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Responsible, disciplined, and honest
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Possess a valid SIM C & SIM A
• Hardworking and able to meet targets
