About this position

The HR Business Partner will serve as the focal point for Human Resource related matters in partnership with the Thai Branch Management team, ensuring effective HR support and guidance to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with the Thai Branch Management team be the focal point Human Resource related matters.
• Weekly HR Meetings with the relevant store managers to discuss any employee issues and needs.
• Providing HR guidance when delivering HR products and align products to the stores needs in order to support the stores in achieving their goals. Provide advice and guidance for managers on employee or organisational related queries.
• Support and deliver HR Calendar for the stores and act as a point-of-contact on projects or events ensuring coordination and support for key HR projects or events, such as annual pay reviews, bonuses, and etc.
• Analyse HR data to recommend relevant action for the retention and attraction of talent.
• Identify development needs of store employees and support Commercial Store Manager to identify high potential employees and their career paths and succession planning.
• Identify and implement training programs for store employees to support the development and retention of key staff.
• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
• Act as mentor and coach for employees and help Store Commercial Manager to implement Individual Development Plans for employees.
• Management of Employee Engagement within the stores including employee engagement survey and implement relevant action plan to increase employee engagement and retention.
• Implement and monitor Employee Welfare activities to promote Employee Engagement and increase morale in stores. Interact with employees on a formal and informal basis to advise and implement projects that are focused on employee engagement and company culture.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in HR at Management level.
• 5 Years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Team Orientated.
• Experience in a retail environment beneficial.
• Computer literate, able to utilise all Microsoft packages (word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook) and be capable of using Index Living Internal Systems.
• Excellent knowledge of HRMS systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attentive to detail.
• Flexible and willing to be adaptable to changing circumstances.
• Keen to learn and take on new challenges.
• Proactive and prepared to ask for help when needed.
• Be a people person and be prepared to mentor and support staff in the branch.
• Must be willing to travel as and when required.
