R&D Supervisor
About this position
The R&D Supervisor will lead the development of new food ingredient products, ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams while maintaining detailed project documentation.
Responsibilities
• Lead and participate in the development of new extract (food ingredients) products from concept through to production scale-up.
• Conduct research and experimentation to advance product innovation and quality.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with various teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and prepare comprehensive reports on R&D activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Food science/Food Technology/Chemistry, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in the same role particularly with extract (food ingredients) products, is highly desirable.
• Understanding of ISO 9001, HACCP/ISO 22000, and Halal standard.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination across functions.
• Willing to travel.
• Placement in Cileungsi plant, Bogor, West Java.
