About this position

The QC Admin is responsible for monitoring and controlling sample requests, conducting sampling and preparation, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control and record every sample request from other department
• Conduct sampling, preparation, verification and delivery of samples according to procedures
• Create PR (purchase requisition)
• Coordinate with related departments in the process of picking lot samples, sample and goods entry and exit permits through Bonded Zones
• Monitor the availability of sample bottles, sample packaging, labels and related equipment
• Maintain and clean all equipment used in quality inspection and testing according to the 5 R principles (Kaizen)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree major in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Food Technology or related
• Min. 1 years of working experience in the same role. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Having knowledge in the principles of physical-chemical analysis and sampling procedures as well
• Understand and familiar with ISO 17025, kaizen and HSE lab
• Good in Ms Office (Word, Excel)
• Good self initiative, good communication skill, and attention to detail
• Placement in Cileungsi plant, Bogor, West Java
