About this position

The Maintenance Section Head is responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, conducting facility inspections, participating in engineering projects, and supervising work performed by operators.

Responsibilities

• Check and conduct regular facility inspections to determine problems and perform necessary maintenance according to the preventive maintenance schedule
• Check spare part inventory
• Actively participate in every project related to engineering
• Monitor the function and reliability of systems and equipment and coordinate with production, warehouse, R&D, QC to identify any problems
• Follow up on deviation reports and maintenance result records
• Supervise work performed by operators
• Create and supervise work instructions/checklists
• Document technical data of all equipment and production support facilities
• Supervise suppliers/vendors during installation, repair or maintenance
• Evaluate vendors after installation, repair or maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Min. 6 years of experience in the same role from Manufacturing industry
• Have good knowledge of maintenance procedure
• Have good knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Good communication, excellent leadership and management skill
• Placement in Cileungsi plant, Bogor, West Java.
