Maintenance Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Controlling periodic facility inspections to determine problems and perform necessary maintenance according to the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Controlling and compiling maintenance schedules and allocating work.
• Controlling and analyzing spare part inventory.
• Actively participating in every project related to engineering.
• Evaluating the function and reliability of systems and equipment and coordinating with production, warehouse, QC, R&D departments to identify any problems.
• Maintaining the function and reliability of systems and equipment related to implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitoring calibration for all sections.
• Verifying follow-up of deviation reports and maintenance result records.
• Controlling and ensuring all employees using safety equipment.
• Evaluate the training results conducted by team members for maintenance technicians.
• Evaluate vendors after installation, repair or maintenance.
• Responsible for the annual work plan and operational budget of the Department
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Having 10 years of experience in the same role from Manufacturing industry
• Have good knowledge of maintenance procedure
• Have good knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Good communication, excellent leadership and management skill
• Placement in Cileungsi plant, Bogor, West Java.
