Our company has a 160 year history, starting in the 1830s in Shizuoka Prefecture, which is located in the central part of Japan, as a manufacturing and sales company of "dried skipjacks" made from skipjack that were caught in the seas close to Japan. From 1900 onward, in addition to the production of dried skipjacks, we were engaged in the collection, box-packing, and nationwide sales of raw mandarin oranges that were locally cultivated, as well as export of oranges to Canada. In 1936, we constructed a canning factory in a place in which a freezing facility for skipjacks was scheduled to be constructed, after considering that it was close to the Port of Yaizu, which has the best catches of fish in Japan, and made our start as a manufacturing company of canned marine and agricultural products. After World War II, we made a new start as a stock corporation in 1948. Building on our seafood harvesting heritage, Inaba Foods branched into the pet food business in 1958. In 1989, the Ciao brand was born.

About this position

Responsibilities

• วางแผนกำลังพลในการผลิตสินค้าตามแผนการผลิตประจำวัน
• ควบคุมดูแลการเตรียมความพร้อมของเครื่อง,จักรอุปกรณ์ในการผลิตให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานเสมอ
• ควบคุมคุณภาพการผลิตและกระบวนการผลิตได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ควบคุมการทำงานของพนักงาน /บริหารค่าล่วงเวลาของพนักงานและประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
• ฝึกอบรมให้ความรู้แก่พนักงานทั้งในด้านเทคนิค วิธีการปฏิบัติงานและระบบคุณภาพต่างๆ
• แก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน / ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ
• ปฎิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับระบบคุณภาพต่าง ๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

• จบปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีอาหาร / การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม 5 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์สายงานด้านการบริหารควบคุมส่วนงานผลิตโดยเครื่อง Retort
• ได้รับการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรผู้ควบคุมการผลิตอาหาร (Retort Supervisors)
• ผ่านการเป็นผู้กำหนดกระบวนการฆ่าเชื้อด้วยความร้อน (Process Authority) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมอาหารกระป๋อง,Pouch Retort,Pet food
• อ่าน, เขียน และสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
• ใช้ Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ มีความอดทน และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
