Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the client solutions team, aligning with the overall business objectives.
• Drive innovation in analytics solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients.
• Lead the client solutions team to manage client relationships effectively, ensuring all client needs are met.
• Enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of client solutions experts, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their capabilities.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, consultants, and developers, to meet project objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of proposals and presentations.
• Provide expertise during the sales process to demonstrate the value of our analytics solutions.
Requirements
Ideal Profile Qualifications:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the client solutions team to enhance processes and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a digital analytics, consulting firm or digital agency.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of digital technology stacks and a keen awareness of digital industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace such as spreadsheet, docs and slides.
