Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing day to day:
• Proactively support the development of store business with regards to safety and security aspects.
• Working together with whole store team to continuously improve customer satisfaction and secure profit maximization through implementation of IKEA and local safety & security requirements.
• Partnering and collaborating with managers and co-workers to support and build a positive and safe work environment.
• Work together as a team and develop competence to ensure a safe & secure working environment for our customers & co-workers and protect our assets and the IKEA Brand.
Requirements
We want you to be a person who:
• Highly interested in IKEA store Safety & Security management and willing to contribute for it.
• Passionate to ensure a highly safe, profitable, and efficient environment for IKEA customers and co-workers, commit to secure the Life Safety & Fire Prevention and protect Store Assets and the IKEA Brand.
• A safe mindset, proven with current Security License and first aid expert certification. Understand relevant regulations that apply nationally and locally.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment.
• Available to work a mix of day, as our store trades 7 days a week.
