People & Culture Business Partner Lead
About this position
The People & Culture Business Partner Lead will collaborate with business leaders to provide strategic support in achieving business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with P&C policies.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and provide strategic People & Culture (P&C) support to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement P&C strategies, support business leaders in the annual budgeting process, providing P&C insights and ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, support the i-Share survey process to gather insights and drive improvements in employee satisfaction. Collaborate with business leaders and Talent & Development to drive talent development programs and succession planning, collaborate with business leaders & Talent Acquisition to attract, recruit & retain talent from internal & external organization
• Assist in organizational design and change management initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with People Technology to analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve organizational performance
• Ensure compliance with P&C policies and procedures and provide guidance on P&C-related issues, support the implementation of P&C policies and initiatives across the business unit. Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews and development planning
• Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Other ad hoc tasks related to P&C initiatives
Requirements
• Interested in people’s everyday life at home and furnishing product
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in design, development, and administration in broad P&C disciplines, including talent management, compensation, employee relations, learning & development, recruitment & labor law
• Proven experience as a P&C Business Partner or in a similar P&C role
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
