Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing day to day:
• To support import specialist in daily work such as input online application details, confirming and giving feedback for import documents drafting process
• Import Documentation management : Review and check import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, FTA, Phytosanitary certificate to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Pre-Inspection : Understand well the process , know how to register the process until the inspection is complete and receive a certificate
• Coordinate shipments: Collaborate with ocean carrier and logistics/broker providers to arrange transportation, track shipments to ensure timely arrival of goods
• Maintain records: Keep comprehensive records of all import and export documentation, transactions (billing record), invoice broker / vendor, etc
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (stores) for arrange delivery planning, payment process, etc
• To make sure realization import license on time submission
Requirements
We want you to be a person who:
• Min. 1 - 2 years experiences as Import Administrator
• Agile and able to function at a high level, in an environment that’s ever-changing
• Able to work in team and individually. Has spirit support development process of business and team
• High attention to detail and systematic person
• High proficiency of English communication skill
• Mid to advance knowledge in Ms. Excel (data & formula), Outlook and Power Point
