The IKEA Business position in Surabaya requires active selling, recruiting business customers, handling daily business operations, supporting the team, and promoting sales and growth.
Responsibilities
• Demonstrate active selling on daily basis – meet, greet, and help customers based on their needs
• Recruit business customer as IKEA Business member to broaden customer base and develop loyal customer
• Handle daily business at IKEA Business Point to secure the whole business customer buying process
• Support IKEA Business Manager or Core Area Leader and Team Leader to actively approach and develop business customer
• Familiar with range priority 4A1K, top seller, PCD, and growth driver to support sales and profitable growth
• Follow up IKEA Business sales and membership to provide useful database
• Work actively as an IKEA ambassador of branding when work with business customer and local events
• Communicate with other store IKEA Business co-workers to share the experience

• Experience of setting action plans and setting and following up on goals
• Business-minded and result-driven with a customer focus
• Confident in approaching and talking to people in a proactive manner
• Enthusiastic and able to work with others in a team
• Good analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to engage a receiver by creating a passion for your plans
• As you work in a store, you will be working in mixture of days and placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur
