About this position
Responsibilities
• Lead and inspire the store Communication & Interior Design team to use knowledge of IKEA home furnishing and people's life at home to grow the business. Lead the team in securing relevant and inspiring range presentation solutions, an optimal store layout, and effective store communication. Partner with the store manager to stimulate interest in home furnishing for all co-workers. Contribute to the store business plan and identify business needs. Recruit, develop, and retain a high performing team.
• Be the creative leader by initiating and facilitating workshops. Manage, inspire, lead, and develop people and creative processes. Have visual competence and a customer-focused mindset. Express the brand identity visually. Have analytical and strategic skills to prioritize and organize work efficiently.
• Work a mix of days as the store trades 7 days a week.
