The Click & Collect Co-Worker at Jakarta Garden City is responsible for ensuring fast and secure payment processes, providing solutions to customer complaints, maintaining a safe and efficient working space, identifying customer flow, managing inventory, and following operational processes.
Responsibilities
• Ensuring fast and secure payment processes at the checkout counter
• Providing solutions to customer complaints within authorization levels
• Maintaining an effectively equipped working space throughout the day
• Identifying customer flow to enhance shopping experience
• Operating computer systems and managing stock inventory
• Initiating communication within the team and organization
• Implementing operational processes and following SOPs
Requirements
• Skilled in retail and/or logistics processes and tools
• Familiarity with IKEA Brand, culture, and values
• Ability to prioritize and organize work duties efficiently
• Confident in approaching and communicating with people
• Flexible and open to change with good attention to detail
• Willingness to work in East Jakarta area and be mobile as needed
