About this position

The Sales Manager (CRM / Enterprise software) is responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales revenue through effective communication and strategic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, seek new prospects and create customer opportunities.
• Get customer’s requirement and clarify scope of work.
• Analyze prospect’s business requirements and application objectives to propose appropriate together with value-added solutions.
• Work closely with presales, consulting and technical team to come up with solution / gain competitive advantage to propose to prospect customer.
• Communicate and follow up with prospects to turn to be customers.
• Advise offering products or solutions to customers or prospects.
• Create sales forecast and generate sales revenue to meet defined target.
• Conduct post sales support to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
• Responsible for any other ad-hoc assignments relate to customer or prospect in sales area.
• Build long term customer relationship.

• To be representative of company to gather issues and feedback from customer.
• Responsible for any other ad-hoc assignments relate to customer or prospect in sales area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or higher in any related fields.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Sales of IT industry is a must.
• Experience in selling enterprise solutions and dealing directly with customers.
• Experience in handling larger deal sizes.
• Have a strong sales hunting mentality, be dynamic, have the ability to identify key points quickly and be able to strategize effectively.
• Sales experience with CRM consulting firms or leading CRM Vendors is a plus.
• Good presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Professional look with pleasant personality.
• Creative, initiative, proactive, goal-oriented and customer oriented.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Familiar with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
