Reservation Manager
About this position
We’re searching for Reservation Manager to oversee the reservation department, ensuring efficient and effective management of room reservations and booking processes. With strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach, you lead a team of reservation agents in providing exceptional service, maximizing room revenue, and optimizing occupancy levels to meet the hotel’s goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the reservation team
• Oversee all aspects of the reservation process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments, including front office, sales, and marketing, to ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience from booking to check-out.
• Evaluate and implement reservation management systems, booking engines, and revenue management tools
• Generate reports and analytics related to reservation performance to senior management
Requirements
What We need from you:
• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in related field
• Two or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel reservation with direct supervisory experience over a reservation team
• Strong knowledge of reservation systems and report
• Must speak local language(s)
• Other languages preferred
