About this position

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Manager at Holiday Inn & Suites Siracha Laemchabang in Chon Buri, Thailand. The role involves tasks such as training & development, learning management, instructional design, and leadership development to support the growth and development of IHG's employees.

• Experience in Training and Instructional Design

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
• Experience with learning technologies and tools
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or related field
