About this position

As the world’s first and most global luxury hotel brand, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Food & Beverage Sales Manager who is passionate about travel, culture, and diversity, and who can create inspiring experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue in the Food & Beverage department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and offerings.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their sales skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for hospitality and customer service.
