The F&B Sales Manager at InterContinental Chiang Mai The Mae Ping is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing guest relations, promoting venues, leading the sales team, and handling budget management and reporting.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for Hong's Chinese Restaurant, Hong's Sky Bar, and Kad Lanna (All Day Dining).
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events to attract new and repeat guests.
• Foster strong relationships with existing clients and build new relationships with potential clients.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing service standards and addressing any issues promptly.
• Conduct regular guest feedback surveys and implement improvements based on the results.
• Promote the unique features of Hong's Chinese Restaurant, known for its authentic Cantonese cuisine, Hong's Sky Bar with its breathtaking views, and Kad Lanna's versatile all-day dining options.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings are appealing and align with market demand.
• Oversee the planning and execution of special events, private functions, and themed nights to enhance venue visibility and guest engagement.
• Lead and motivate the food and beverage sales team to achieve targets and provide exceptional service.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and product knowledge.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Prepare and manage budgets for the food and beverage department, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and guest feedback to senior management.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports on sales activities and business development.
