As the Rooms Division Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Rooms Division and ensure a high standard of customer service from the Front Office and Housekeeping whilst being totally flexible in assisting with the departments and throughout the hotel as required.

• Responsible for the overall management of the Rooms Division and ensure a high standard of customer service from the Front Office and Housekeeping whilst being totally flexible in assisting with the departments and throughout the hotel as required.
• Provide excellent guest service, genuine hospitality and create memorable experiences by anticipating guests' needs and dealing with all enquiries in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
• Assume operational responsibility and drive the performance of the division for our guests and owners.
• Contribute to maximizing our existing reputation, service excellence, revenue and profitability across rooms division.
Requirements
• Relevant experience in hospitality.
