Nestled on Bali's spectacular coastline, Regent Bali Canggu is inviting you to join its pre-opening team as a Regent Club Experience Agent.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about Regent Club amenities, services, and offerings.
• Attend to guest inquiries, requests, and special needs promptly and courteously.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure proactive service delivery.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present beverages, including coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages, as per guest preferences.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards.
• Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere in the lounge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service etiquette and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
