Learning & Development Manager
About this position
As L&D Manager, you’ll make sure our employees receive the right learning and development program from the employee’s on-boarding session to development and enhancement training program. You need to analyze training needs, plan, organize, facilitate and evaluate training program which comply to the InterContinental Brand standard for operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Make sure our employees receive the right learning and development program from the employee’s on-boarding session to development and enhancement training program.
• Analyze training needs, plan, organize, facilitate and evaluate training program which comply to the InterContinental Brand standard for operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure quality assurance by ensuring that all training programs are effective, meet the highest standards, and are aligned with both organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Continuously assess the impact of training initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality learning experiences for all employees.
Requirements
• High school diploma / secondary education / equivalent.
• 2 years related experience in Luxury Hotels Operations as Learning & Development Manager or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Have great facilitation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Some college courses in Human Resources, Facilitation Skills, Customer Service, Leadership or related field preferred.
• Good planner, well-organizer, and well-executor.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Other languages may be preferred.
