Responsibilities
• Encourage all florist colleagues to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognizing them for their contribution to the success of the operation.
• Ensure that all florist colleagues are aware of current promotions, policies and other important information about the resort and familiar with the resort’s products and services.
• Ensure that all florist colleagues have a complete understanding of and adhere to resort’s employee rules and regulations.
• Ensure that all florist colleagues follow the resort’s and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.
• Liaise with Housekeeping and other related department on daily operation when appropriate.
Requirements
• Passionate leader with an inclusive spirit who embraces individuality and injects positivity into their work environments.
• Understanding of the luxury levers that will help bring to life a unique guest experience.
