About this position

Regent Bali Canggu is seeking a passionate Doorman to be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment while shaping the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival.
• Open doors, assist with luggage, and ensure that every guest receives a friendly and professional reception.
• Provide assistance with taxis, valet services, and other transportation needs.
• Offer directions and information about the hotel’s amenities and local attractions.
• Monitor the entrance to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
• Report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities and maintain a visible presence to deter potential issues.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as front desk and concierge, to ensure seamless guest service and address any special requests or issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle various guest requests effectively.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in all situations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry luggage, and manage the physical demands of the role.
