About this position
Do you see yourself as Cluster Assistant Security & Risk Manager at Regent Bali Canggu? The Cluster Assistant Security & Risk Manager perform hotel security duties and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property as well as the property’s assets.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the all security personnel as well as hotel’s staff are adhering to P&P and security procedures.
• Establish good cooperation with hotel’s senior staff with other hotels.
• Oversee the security department including layout of security personnel and their detailed and regular training.
• Maintain the loyalty and discipline of all security personnel.
• Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction by providing quality guest services.
• Organise patrolling of all boundary areas, bedrooms, offices, storage areas, public areas, and function rooms.
• Ensure that the safety control office is never left unattended.
• Effective utilization of outsourcing to ensure payroll costs is minimized.
• Compile and distribute security reports to relevant departments.
Requirements
• Adhere to local regulations concerning OSHA, hotel emergency procedures, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
