Nestled on Bali's spectacular coastline, Regent Bali Canggu is inviting you to join its pre-opening team as a Bell Attendant.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with luggage handling, including storing and delivering luggage to guest rooms.
• Provide various in-room services as requested, such as delivering amenities, messages, or other items.
• Offer information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements and reservations.
• Address and resolve guest requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Ensure that all interactions contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Work closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless service and efficient handling of guest needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the same role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine desire to assist guests.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks associated with bell services.
