About this position

The Analyst - Performance Improvement & Operations Support is responsible for monitoring operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing analytical support to enhance business efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess operational performance through the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify performance gaps, trends, and areas for improvement across various departments and revenue centers.
• Provide regular reports on business performance and suggest actionable recommendations based on findings.
• Support the identification of process inefficiencies or bottlenecks that affect business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
• Analyze existing workflows and suggest changes to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support to operational teams by analyzing data and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Assist in resolving operational issues by using analytical tools and data to identify root causes.
• Work with department leaders to ensure smooth execution of operational activities and project timelines.
• Collect, analyze, and present data to evaluate the impact of operational changes and improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy for all performance-related reports.
• Work closely with department managers, operations teams, and other key stakeholders to understand operational needs and provide analytical support.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure performance improvement initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to leadership on performance improvement efforts.
• Assist in managing projects aimed at operational improvement, ensuring they are executed on time and meet quality standards.
• Track progress and help to prioritize tasks based on business needs and impact.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams during the implementation of improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying best practices and assisting teams in adopting more efficient ways of working.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and methodologies for performance improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in performance analysis, operations support, process improvement, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience working with performance metrics, KPIs, and business analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is beneficial.
• Strong analytical abilities.
