Administrative Assistant - Culinary (Pre-opening) at Regent Bali Canggu
About this position
IHG® is seeking an Administrative Assistant – Food & Beverage at Regent Bali Canggu, who will play a key role in providing True Hospitality for Good. This position is ideal for a passionate leader who can blend informality and fun with professionalism and sophistication in a pre-opening environment.
Responsibilities
• Type reports, memos and correspondences including those of confidential nature for the operations and administrative functions and maintain files accordingly.
• Receive and screen office calls and visitors, schedule and set up appointments.
• Keep the Director F&B & Executive Chef informed of VIPs, groups and other guest arrivals, hotel events and of other matters.
• When and if necessary, handles all reservation for outlets and acts as central reservation desks. This includes also group reservations.
• Works with Executive, Human Resource Manager, Food & Beverage and Culinary Managers to ensure proper and on time submission and approval of all attendance reports, leave forms (annual, sick, etc.) for the payroll system as well as performance appraisal for the whole Food & Beverage Teams.
• Aware of and adhere to the Fire, Life and Safety standards of the hotel and ensuring to report any risks to Management.
• Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
