About this position

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and delivering accurate financial reports in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue monthly invoices to Company and its Affiliates that use the Centre service and the monthly fixed fee invoices
• Responsible for the ageing, cashflow management and the collectability of account receivables. Follow-up on outstanding balances
• Verify and approve all accounting documents to meet the time frame as agreed
• Settle vendor payment in according with the account payable policy
• Ensure that all service contracts are in place during settlement process
• Ensure all books and records, financial documents and reports are accurate and comply with International Financial Reporting Standards and all the policies are in place.
• Monitor and ensure that service report are accurate and deliver on time
• Responsible for preparing and delivering monthly financial reports and analysis to the Company on time.
• Support monthly, quarterly and year-end operation reviews, financial expenditure reports & forecasts and annual budgeting.
• Responsible for Balance Sheet reconciliations and confirmation process
• Streamline and digitalize the finance processes to reduce paper tracking and usage
• Liaison with Local/Regional/Group Finance team
• Handle local tax compliance and support cross country invoicing
• Support ad hoc projects and queries
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in financial or account
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Good English communication.
• Strong coaching and training skilled.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, staff management, property codes and regulations
• Proven experience in managing budgets and financial reports.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, diligence in all aspects of work.
• Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and facilities management software.
