About this position

The Sales Engineer position involves developing business opportunities and providing technical support to enhance sales performance in IFS Engineering, M&E services, and Facility Management services.

Responsibilities

•Developing business opportunities by arranging meetings and making sales pitches for IFS Engineering, M&E services and Facility Management services.
•Sourcing leads and cold calling potential customers.
•Respond to RFQ s, Generate Costing, Provide and Follow-up on Quotations.
•Ensure sales performance targets are met.
•Presenting technical plans and detailed schematics of FM service and Engineering Service to customers to show customers why a M&E and IFS core service will help their business.
•Providing technical support to sales and operation team.
•Answering customer queries on scientific or technical issues and field service issues on top.
•Arranging follow-up meetings with customers to retain business and make further sales.
•Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of FM industry and technical services.

Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
•At least 2 years of experience in sales, M&E or related industry.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Pleasant personality, self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•English communication and computer skills.
•Own a car and a valid driver's license.
