About this position

Provide engineering service Terminal operation enabling them to operate safety, reliably and cost effectively, as well as to manage maintenance works for the plant modifications, according to the appropriate technical and terminal operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out work order planning in SAP PM on all reactive and if not pre-planned the proactive work as well. Ensure the work is planned with realistic end dates, using correct resources.
• Work closely with Operations and Maintenance Coordinator (OMC) and SBO Manila in the execution of the scheduled works to ensure maintenance activities are closed off confirm and system closes all work orders as they are completed.
• Understand and facilitate the purchasing of external resources for the sites, consistent with PGS and DGAME processes. Work with Operations and Maintenance Coordinator (OMC) to ensure Outline Agreements are in place and accurate. Liaise with contractors, in accordance with contracts that may be in place.
• Ensure all data on the SAP PM work orders is accurate and compliant with the DGAME processes.
• Coordinate with external contractor to publish a list of planned work, updated with breakdown work to provide an integrated schedule for the sites.
• Identify errors, improvements, and efficiencies that can be had with the existing PM system, this may include changed maintenance practices, revised schedules, etc.
• Analyze SAP PM data to identify maintenance bad actors and high spend items for making continuous improvements.
• Tracking of monthly actual spending as per T&R budget plan and request accrual to align monthly spending.
• Tracking of actual cost saving from PM, BM, and other initiatives from OMC.
• To ensure the payment for GO/GI from activities related with maintenance work is complied.
• To provide terminal’s LTO assurance in the STAT permit tracker, ensure that LTO is updated and not overdue.

• Communicating the integrity, maintenance and schedules and requirements to their customer (local terminal operations).
• Breakdown maintenance cost & Bad actors.
