About this position

The AM Engineer and Technical Training position involves ensuring the operational efficiency of facilities, managing maintenance activities, and providing technical training and guidance to teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly and IFM -
• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment, Industrials equipment, Hospital equipment
• Maintain stock levels and parts within budget to support the Team
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and assist with energy management
• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, and team
• Maintaining day-to-day operations of PAM, IFM, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders
• Manage MOBILE TEAM to support PM, CM, Ad Hoc
• Creating reports on maintenance
• Engage and build effective relationships with customers and IFS teams, developing an understanding of priorities and specific needs
• Continuous Improvement, KPI management and sustainable mobile team management
• Act as Facilities Management representative for zonal project works
• Assist the Zonal manager with regulatory inspection readiness, audit support and delivery
• Responsible for supporting, leading and working within teams so to deliver initiatives in line with the Sodexo vision and associated strategy
• Provide engineering technical guidance and coaching within both Zonal and wider teams
• Provide technical training and supporting standard of training center for technician
• Take the ownership or account that you was assigned and be point of contact for any and all matters specific to you accounts and manage P&L you accounts
• Manage the account so that we follow all budget plans on a monthly basis.

Requirements

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's/motorcycle license and good driving record with periodic checks
• License for Professional Practice Electrical - or Controlled Engineer License
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience as a facilities engineer or in a similar role.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of the building process and construction principles.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Project management or Facility management skills.
