We now have an exciting opportunity for a result-oriented talent to join our Health & Biosciences Team as Sales Manager for IFF Health Sciences - Thailand.
Responsibilities
As Sales Manager for IFF Health Sciences - Thailand, your portfolio will include all ingredients from this business unit – IFF Health Sciences. You will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing our relationship strategy at key accounts
• Developing, management and executing growth initiatives and strategy with distributor partners
• Identifying and educating new and prospective customers
• Translating customers’ insights and unmet needs into new business leads
• Building a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Collaborate with internal functions (e.g., Innovation, Application, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory) to develop and execute business leads
• Communicate market trends and consumer insights of your assigned territory to regional IFF Health Sciences team
The role will see you engage with customers in Commercial, Marketing, Technical and Application discussions (e.g. marketing trends, consumer insights, formulation design, regulatory landscape). The portfolio scope will include Probiotics & Microbiome, Extracts and Bioscience Ingredients.
Requirements
How You Will Contribute
• Achieve Sales Targets and Business Objectives of assigned territory in line with the Health Business Strategy and Annual Sales Budget Plan.
• Develop account strategy (adapted to your territory) and execute plans for key accounts in your territory and key local customers with local distributor partners
• Develop and drive performance management of the agreed KPIs of local distributor partners to meet and/or exceeds Health Business annual sales budget of your assigned territory
• Understanding needs and challenges of customers in your assigned territory (key accounts and local key customers), build and manage strategic relationships at key accounts and local key customers to identify win-win opportunities and grow revenues while meeting unmet needs of the customer, enabling customer to achieve own objectives with our solutions.
• Develop new business and new accounts through strong knowledge of the industry and proper follow-up of the customers’ expectations
• Successfully commercialize new opportunities through clear scoping of business, technical and application requirements, developing differentiated and innovative solutions based on our portfolio’s capabilities, maintaining an attractive business case, and effective coordination between internal and external stakeholders through all stages of the sales process.
• Develop and/or deliver customer workshops and presentations to raise customer awareness of market trends and insights in specific applications.
