About this position

Perform duties according to the shift schedule and strictly follow the company’s operating procedures.

Responsibilities

Safety/Health/Environment/Quality and Food Safety
• Perform duties according to the company’s safety, occupational health, and environmental policies.
• Perform duties according to the company’s quality and food safety policies.
• Participate in or support activities related to safety, occupational health, and environment, as well as the company’s emergency drill plans.

Technical/Functional
• Control and oversee machinery and equipment used in the production process to ensure they are in normal condition and can operate efficiently, safely, and with minimal environmental impact.
• Monitor abnormalities in production and address initial problems.
• Inspect and record the working condition of machinery to ensure they are always in good and safe working condition, and report any abnormalities found.
• Record the quantity of chemicals, load chemicals, and collect various samples.
• Maintain the production area and process according to cGMP/HACCP principles, and the company’s safety, occupational health, and environmental standards.
• Participate in safety and environmental activities, Hazard Recognition activities, BBS STOP for Safety activities, and report injuries, safety and environmental incidents, and provide safety and environmental suggestions.
• Other assigned tasks.

Requirements

Qualification
• Diploma/High Vocational Certificate or bachelor’s degree in any fields (Preferably in Petrochemical, Electrical, Mechanical, production technology)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations with chemical or food or pharmaceutical industry environment
• Knowledge of Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Food Safety
• Proficiency in Microsoft office program
• Forklift operator skill & Driving License
• Basic knowledge of English
• Able to work in shift (day shift / night shift)
