About this position
Demonstrates competency in specific technology areas or applications, using expertise to develop value-creating solutions for project teams and stakeholders. Manages multiple projects assigned by supervision, has the responsibility for the experimental aspects of the project, and provides high quality data.
Responsibilities
• Proactive application of the scientific method or engineering design process and statistics in chosen discipline.

• Proposes MT and Process R&D projects aligned with business goals.
• Creates thorough knowledge and understanding of asset, product and process requirements, competitive environment in context of related business needs.

• Understands that IP is developed and protected through the effective use of confidentiality agreements, patent disclosures, and proper external communication.
• Participates in the development of intellectual property plans as part of a project.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experiences in a process engineering position for a Food & Beverage plant.
