About this position

The Accountant assists Financial Controller in all accounting relevant responsibilities within assigned entities.

Responsibilities

• Review account payable invoices for appropriate documentation prior to scan for share service to record the invoices.
• Verify account payable invoice records. Perform general-ledger data entry upload as necessary.
• Collaborate with share service centers for accurate and on time payment run. Ensure accurate withholding tax deduction from payment. Maintain appropriate payment files.
• Responsible for monthly withholding tax reconciliation, accurate and timely tax filing.
• Maintain purchase VAT invoices. Responsible for monthly reconciliation, accurate and timely VAT filing.
• Assist Financial Controller as needed
