Responsibilities
• Contribute to the growth, profitability and enhancement of the brand of IFF by providing effective regular customer communication to ensure interface between the customer and IFF in understanding and translating their needs and requirements.
• Communicate and promote the agreed standard SEA “First Choice List”, IFF Product Range, to the Customer base while meeting IFF’s agreed segmentation service policy for this Customer base.
• Manage designated Customers by completing and executing allocated key account plans, forecasting, sampling, providing price quotations and follow up of customer queries and handling of customer complaints - in accordance with IFF’s procedures in order to deliver the expected customer sales service platform.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate new business opportunities at existing and new accounts with partner distributors capturing these opportunities in customer relationship management software. Selectively convert them into new sales to expand the profitable market share of the company.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, major in Food Science or Food Technology will be preferred.
• Minimum 10 years experience in flavors.
• Experience in sales or technical or marketing or business development.
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
• Basic knowledge on local food regulation.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft office e.g.: MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Have a valid driving license and willing to travel.
