About this position
Responsibilities
• Oversee customer orders, including domestic, export, and consignment, ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
• Order entry, order confirmation, invoice issuance and order follow-up till delivery to customers.
• Process Credit note and Debit note related to Sales Order.
• Resolve any customer complaints and Service cases related to Sales order.
• Respond to customer’s inquiry in a timely manner.
• Build a strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement and optimize work processes, techniques, and systems.
• Knowledge sharing to improve Order to Cash processes.
• Support internal and external audit as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing field.
• Experience in domestic and international trade.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP, and VLOOKUP etc.
• Proficiency in English communication skills. Fluency in secondary local language will be advantageous.
• Effective communicate skills across all levels of the organization.
• Highly collaborative and team player.
