About this position

We are looking for a skilled and driven Senior Marketing Associate to support the growth and success of the Saweria product. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, recruiting and engaging streamers, managing content, and collaborating with the product and engineering teams to create an exceptional user experience. You will track key performance metrics, provide insights to optimize marketing initiatives, and contribute to achieving our growth targets both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with streamers to expand the platform’s content and community.
• Manage content planning and execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop features and initiatives that support growth objectives and enhance user experience.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, reporting on campaign effectiveness and recommending data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role, preferably in the digital media or technology sector.
• Proven success in executing marketing campaigns and managing content strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage partners and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly in product development or digital marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Creative thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
