About this position

The Digital Strategy Associate will be responsible for managing and executing projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with various teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, and oversee the execution of all aspects of projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with other teams, Creator Development, and Digital Strategy.
• Develop comprehensive project plans detailing the campaign, timelines, KOL requirements, and budget.
• As the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and fostering strong relationships.
• Anticipate and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects remain on track.
• Resolve project conflicts and handle unforeseen issues, ensuring minimal disruptions.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of project requirements, changes, and progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Requirements

• Strongly managing and delivering large-scale projects.
• Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
