Data Analytics Manager

Responsibilities
• Drive strategic insights that contribute to product growth by translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that shape decisions and strategies.
• Build end-to-end solutions including data workflows, dashboards, reports, etc.
• Manage and optimize data warehouse infrastructure, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, integration, and consolidation to enable comprehensive analysis and reporting.
• Take the lead on developing processes for effective data analysis and reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with advanced analytical techniques such as statistical modeling, A/B testing, and predictive analytics is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker or Tableau).
• Deep understanding of product analytics tool (Google Analytics).
• Experienced in designing and managing data warehouse solutions.
• Ability to translate business questions into measurable, scalable BI solutions that drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• High sense of ownership and growth mindset, ability to be self-directed.
