About this position

ตำแหน่งนี้มีหน้าที่ในการวางแผน ตรวจสอบ และควบคุมงานด้านการรับ-จัดเก็บ-จ่ายสินค้าสำเร็จรูป รวมถึงการจัดทำรายงานและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดส่งสินค้า.

Responsibilities

• วางแผน ตรวจสอบและควบคุมงานด้านการรับ-จัดเก็บ-จ่ายสินค้าสำเร็จรูป
• ตรวจสอบเอกสารและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายการจัดส่งสินค้าสำเร็จรูป
• จัดทำรายงานผลดัชนีชี้วัดผลการดำเนินงาน(KPI)
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการจัดส่งสินค้าประจำเดือน
• งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องและที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ/การจัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความรู้งานระบบ เช่น GHP, ISO9001, HACCP, ISO14001 เป็นต้น
• มีความรู้และทักษะเชิงปฏิบัติและเชิงหลักการในสายวิชาชีพตามหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• มีความรู้และทักษะในการบริหารงาน เพื่อให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ตามเป้าหมาย
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี ใช้เหตุผล ข้อมุล ข้อเท็จจริงในการจูงใจ
• สามารถกำหนดและปรับเปลี่ยนกระบวนการการทำงานที่มีความแปรผันในหลายๆ สถานการณ์
• สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานเพื่อให้เหมาะกับสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปได้
• สามารถวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบของการแก้ปัญหาหรือการทำงานต่อส่วนอื่นๆ ขององค์กร
