About this position

ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายจัดซื้อมีหน้าที่ในการวางแผนกลยุทธ์และบริหารงานจัดซื้อเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานบรรลุตามภารกิจและเป้าหมายขององค์กรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.

Responsibilities

• วางแผนกลยุทธ์และบริหารงานจัดซื้อ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานบรรลุตามภารกิจและเป้าหมายขององค์กรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ประสิทธิผล และคุ้มค่ามากที่สุด
• บริหารงาน กำกับ และดูแลการปฏิบัติงานด้านงานจัดซื้อ เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมมีประสิทธิภาพ ตรงตามมาตรฐาน และบรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้
• วินิจฉัยและสั่งการเรื่องที่มีขอบเขตผลกระทบในวงกว้าง หรือมีความซับซ้อนของประเด็นปัญหา ซึ่งต้องพิจารณาอนุมัติและอนุญาตการดำเนินการต่างๆ ตามภารกิจที่แผนกจัดซื้อรับผิดชอบ

Requirements

• วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานจัดซื้อและจัดจ้างในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม 5 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความรู้ด้านระบบคุณภาพ เช่น GHP HACCP ISO9001 , ISO14001
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการผลิต และมีความรู้ทางด้าน Supply Chain
• มีความรู้และทักษะในการบริหารงาน เพื่อให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ตามเป้าหมาย
• มีทักษะในการคำนวณ มีความคิดเป็นระบบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านโรงงานผลิตอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
