About this position

ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการโลจิสติกส์มีหน้าที่ในการวางแผนและตรวจสอบกระบวนการจัดส่งสินค้า รวมถึงการควบคุม Stock และการบริหารจัดการงานคลังสินค้าเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายขององค์กร.

Responsibilities

• วางแผนทิศทาง กำหนดบทบาทหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ รวมถึงดัชนีชี้วัดความสำเร็จของแผนก (KPI)
• วางแผนและตรวจสอบกระบวนการจัดส่งสินค้าสำเร็จรูปและการควบคุม Stock
• วางแผนและทวนสอบการเบิกจ่ายสินค้าในระบบ Mac5 และ ASRS
• วางแผนและประมาณการณ์พื้นที่จัดเก็บบน ASRS ในส่วนของคลังสินค้าสำเร็จรูป
• วางแผนในการจัดเก็บ Stock Pallet เพื่อใช้ในการผลิต
• วางแผนและทวนสอบกระบวนการจัดส่งสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์และนโยบายขององค์กร
• ทวนสอบแผนการจัดส่งในแต่ละช่องทางเพื่อความถูกต้องและบริหารในส่วนของค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละกิจกรรม

Requirements

• วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการงานคลังสินค้าและจัดส่ง 5 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความรู้ด้านระบบคุณภาพ เช่น GHP HACCP ISO9001 , ISO14001
• มีความรู้และทักษะในการบริหารงาน เพื่อให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ตามเป้าหมาย
• มีความรู้ด้านอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต และระบบคลังสินค้า
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านโรงงานผลิตอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
