About this position

The Sales Planning role involves developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with the company's direction, conducting sales analysis, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plan in alignment with company’s direction.
• Conduct overall process of sales scheme and promotional campaign aiming to improve sales volume.
• Present sales, stock and realistic sales forecast to management team for further decision toward sales plan.
• Collaborate with sales team to establish target, incentive scheme, and creative tools to achieve KPI.
• Develop bulletin and/or communication approach to dealers regarding to new scheme or any changes.
• Handle reimbursement process regarding to campaign and incentive.
• Capture sales movement and perform data analysis in many aspects from both internal and external source of data.
• Monitor market and competitor’s movement including price, product, campaign, event, etc. which may impact to Hyundai performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business administration/economics or a related field.
• Professional experience in Sales planning, Sales strategic, Sales management in automotive industry at least 3 years.
• Knowledge of automotive industry and well understand of the linkage of change in any aspects such as finance, product, marketing, etc.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process or new sales scheme from plan to close.
• Ability to work collaboratively with good communication skills with partners and cross-functional team environment.
• Good analytical skills and strategic thinking with the ability to integrate all information and suggest for possible action.
• Very Strong Computer Literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications.
• Fluent in English.
