Marketing Manager
About this position
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and overseeing brand positioning and communication efforts.
Responsibilities
• Be responsible for marketing strategy and campaign planning, brand positioning, marketing communication, agency management, marketing activities include special events, PR and sponsorship program.
• Developing marketing strategies for advertising new products.
• Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing.
• Manage, plan and organize public relations and events annual calendar, controls various PR, marketing activities include Test Drive activities, Motor expo., Motor show, and other brand or sale potential event, CSR activities and coordinate and provide support to CRM dept. etc. through planning and coordinating with the designated PR agency and event organizer.
• Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints.
• Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets.
• Monitor marketing performance of campaign and activities against company target and KPI.
• Partnering with product development and sales teams to estimate product demand.
• Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management.
• Working with agency to develop product asset including advertising material and promotional material.
• Develops and maintains professional relationship with the press, media and advertising partners to generates Company’s news for the press regarding internal activities.
• Budget controlling and optimize wisely.
Requirements
• Full working rights for Thailand only.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related fields.
• At least 5 years' experience in marketing or sales in OEM in necessary.
• Having experience in automotive industry is a must.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Required for car driving license.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
• Skills for prioritizing tasks and multitasking skills.
