Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify new market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to stay ahead of competitors.
• Forecast sales targets and develop plans to achieve or exceed them.
• Identify sales promotion campaign according to competitive environment and market situation to ensure sales target achievement.
• Supervise inbound logistics of new cars from various sources to ensure the smooth operation.
• Ensure smooth outbound logistics in order to supply vehicles to dealers on time.
• Control inventory level in order to achieve the operational targets set.
• Direct and control HMT direct sales operation to ensure direct sales target achievement.
• Provide support for sales skills enhancement both product knowledges and soft skills.
• Ensure direct sales operation alignment with dealer operation standard.
• Direct and control fleet and diplomat sales operation.
• Provide guidance to fleet sales manager for successful fleet operation i.e. fleet sales scheme, events, and fleet customers relationship program.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and representatives.
• Establish clear performance goals and regularly review team achievements.
• Provide training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and partners i.e. insurance companies, financial institutions, and other business partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering exceptional service.
• Actively participate in high-value negotiations and close significant deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts.
• Monitor sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the automobile or related industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English Both Speaking and writing skills.
