Genesis Service Coordinator
About this position
Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for all Genesis service requests and coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure swift and efficient resolution.
• Oversee and manage end-to-end service operations, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize service delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold the premium standards of the Genesis brand.
• Provide regular reports on service performance and suggest improvements where necessary.
Requirements
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer-focused industries such as hospitality, aviation, or automotive services.
• Experience working in premium or luxury brands.
• Familiarity with automotive services and operations.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing service operations and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
