About this position
The Digital Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing content, and analyzing campaign success to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Responsibilities
• Building and execute social media strategy under brand platform, and brand guideline.
• Generating, editing content for social media with Agency.
• Optimizing content through all online media.
• Updating social media platforms.
• Advising and revising trends, analyzing data/metrics, insights including providing best practices. Also involve or create good relations including recommend activities with customer clubs or social media.
• Collaborating among agencies and other functions to launch, to build and to maintain corporate/ product/ promotion campaigns.
• Analyzing the success of campaigns and ROI.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in any related filed.
• At least 5 years with proven in social media marketing expertise and platforms, understand social media metrics, report, and able to provide result analysis and countermeasures.
• Adequate knowledge of web development, social media.
• Proficiency in English Both Speaking and writing skills.
• Have the experience in Automotive Business would be plus.
• Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Skills for prioritizing tasks and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
• Able to work outside of the location.
• Driving skill and car driving license.
